Hallo!
The current update is that I am working on getting our host to update our server's Java to Java 8. In the meantime, the pack does currently run without issues. You can download the mods here. There are no configs ready yet. Hopefully I can get the server issues sorted out this week. Please let me know of any bugs or crashes you run into.

SP6 Beta (MC v. 1.9.4)
A
beta server will be going up this weekend to begin testing for the next
pack. Links for the SP6 and Infinity Evolved: Skyblock worlds will be
uploaded and posted on the blog.
Download links for the beta server will be here as well. Keep in mind
that this pack will change OFTEN until final release, so updates will
likely be in the form of blog posts. I plan to make bi-weekly updates to
the download link to keep it as up to date as I can, since yall know my
internet struggles
What else, what else... Oh yeah, I'm working on the doc for this. I'll post the link soon.
ALSO due to my work schedule, text is the BEST way to communicate with me. If you would like to be part of a group chat about server updates/questions, send me a PM with your facebook info to be added.

Regrowth Server closing, SP6 beta server
Hello!
As you may have heard, the Regrowth server is shutting down. The world files have been uploaded and can be obtained here. This zip file contains the world files, mods, configs, and necessary script folders to run it. Simply unzip the file and move all items from the RegrowthWorldFiles folder into your minecraft directory. In order to open the world, move the folder called "world" into the saves folder.
Replacing the Regrowth server will be a beta testing server for the next ScumPack. Access will be limited to players who can commit to logging in for at least an hour each day so I can get an accurate impression of what will be needed. I expect the beta server to be up for about a month or two, since mods for 1.8.9/1.9 are nowhere near ready for live SMP server play. Please let me know if you are interested in working on the beta server with me. :)

ScumPack 5 - Update (small)
Hey yall!
I added fast leaf decay to the SP5 server. You can get it here. To add this, download the file and save it to your instances/SP5/minecraft/mods folder. Come to the IRC and ping someone for help if you need it.
Sidebar links will be updated as soon as I get to faster internet.

HELLO FROM THE OTHER SIIIIDE (SP6 announcement!)
Hello!! It's that time of year again, when we review new mods, new MC versions, and generally make a mess of what could technically be called a new modpack!
I am working on SCUMPACK 6! That's right, folks, it's happening. It will be Minecraft version 1.8.9 (for now, unless 1.9 mods suddenly explode with awesomeness). I am in the very very VERY early stages, reviewing what mods are out there, what mods are in the works, and what mods we'd want to have/wait for. I do have an "alpha" pack that is working. It's missing quite a bit of things that I would consider "required" for a viable new modpack, such as some kind of integrated, stable tech mod, and this pack changes weekly as I check on updates.
All information about SP6 can be found on my working document here. There is also a link to download the latest versions. Once I feel that I'm getting close to a workable pack, it will go up on a beta server for testing by the masses. Beta testing is not expected to happen for at least 2 months from now. However, you are free to download what I have so far, mess with it, add to it, and let me know what you think or what you've found.
YAY!!

Adding EMC values for Equivalent Exchange 3
EMC values (Energy-Matter Currency) can be added by an admin (from in-game). All vanilla items and any mod items crafted with vanilla items will have an EMC value. Many mod-specific items (draconium dust, for example) do not and those need to be added manually. As you come across things you want to add to your EE3 research, add it to the EE3 tab on the doc and an admin will add it (or determine that it should not be added, such as treasure bags or unstable ingots).
EMC Values are derived from the items they are made from, or from their relative rarity/difficulty in acquiring. Most things can be calculated based on the items that go into it (e.g. pulsating iron ingot is the cost of 1 iron ingot [256], 1 ender pearl [1024] and 32 for the use of a furnace to smelt them together - 1312). For base items that are not crafted, their rarity is considered and a value given based on another item with relatively similar rarity. An example would be draconium dust, which is very rare in the OW, somewhat rare in the nether, and rare-ish in the end. It has a value equal to 4 diamonds (8192 x4).
