Adding EMC values for Equivalent Exchange 3

EMC values (Energy-Matter Currency) can be added by an admin (from in-game). All vanilla items and any mod items crafted with vanilla items will have an EMC value. Many mod-specific items (draconium dust, for example) do not and those need to be added manually. As you come across things you want to add to your EE3 research, add it to the EE3 tab on the doc and an admin will add it (or determine that it should not be added, such as treasure bags or unstable ingots).

EMC Values are derived from the items they are made from, or from their relative rarity/difficulty in acquiring. Most things can be calculated based on the items that go into it (e.g. pulsating iron ingot is the cost of 1 iron ingot [256], 1 ender pearl [1024] and 32 for the use of a furnace to smelt them together -  1312). For base items that are not crafted, their rarity is considered and a value given based on another item with relatively similar rarity. An example would be draconium dust, which is very rare in the OW, somewhat rare in the nether, and rare-ish in the end. It has a value equal to 4 diamonds (8192 x4).
